Donation Requests
We require all donation requests to be submitted in writing at least four weeks prior to the event, stating the following information:

Name of organization making request

Contact name including telephone number and email address

Details of the event including date, time, place, purpose of the fundraising/event, demographic of who is expected to attend, number of people expected

Specifics of what you are requesting, i.e. list of food items, quantity required, gift certificate, gift basket

If applicable, please also state the value of the sponsorship, i.e. media exposure or advertising benefits

All requests will be reviewed in a timely fashion and will be responded to accordingly. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, it may take time to process. It would be appreciated if applicants do not call to inquire about the status of their request.
