Choices Chef Antonio Cerullo and Registered Dietitian Desiree Nielsen have translated their love of food and healthy eating into an easy-to-follow book of delicious triple-tested recipes. Through their daily work with fresh, local and healthy foods, and the people who produce them, Nielsen and Cerullo have created an impressive response to the question: How can I eat sustainably in BC?
A Local Table ($19.95) is the first cookbook of its kind to create recipes around each of the four seasons, showcasing the foods available to cooks in the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan.
