Welcome to Choices own Rice Bakery! If you are wondering what a "Rice Bakery" is, it is a complete baking facility where we hand make fresh baked goods daily with wheat and gluten free ingredients for people who are unable to tolerate wheat and/or gluten. (Check out our Special Diets page!)

We produce a full line of baked goods from a variety of breads to cookies, muffins, pies and other goodies with rice flour as a substitute for traditional wheat. Along with our own fresh baked goods we have a wide selection of grocery items available for your convenience. Shop for your favorite wheat and gluten free pasta, crackers, cereals and other items too numerous to list here!

If you are unable to make it to the Kitsilano location our Rice Bakery items can be found exclusively at our own Choices Markets. If your favorite location does not regularly stock the Rice goods you are looking for just give us a call and we will happily send you a special order.

 All our rice flour products are baked in a wheat and gluten free environment.
